This is how you do it!! Bloomingdale’s early fall merchandise looks fabulous! Everything is displayed well and the departments are cohesive. The items pulled out and highlighted on mannequins tell a story and pull you into that department. The colors are spot on. Shades of brown-chocolate, camel, toffee; spice colors- red chili, saffron; olive, indigo. There is plenty of denim and all of the leg styles of this year. There are plaids and fall florals. And lots of ways to do “column dressing” (top and bottom in the same color). All in all, there is lots of eye candy for my fashion friends to sink their teeth into and digest!! I look forward to seeing the ever-changing displays as the season unfolds.
